Death-of-Death Day

Well, as you can see I changed the design of my blog. (Thanks Emily!!!) Is anyone else happy that you don't have to look at a boring template anymore? Well, I am anyways. :)

But that's not really important as something else that happened today. Today we are celebrating Christ's return from death. For thousands of years, people have been afraid of death. They represent death as "The Grim Reaper" or a dark Voldemort-ish creature. And they fear death because it's unknown and scary. But as Christians, we don't have to fear death. Jesus conquered it, and now He calls us His own and promises to build us mansions in Heaven. So we know where we're going after we die, and there's no uncertainty as to what will happen to us. Now that's something to be happy about. :)
